Founded in 1969, Château de Belleverne Bataillard is located in La Chapelle-de-Guinchay in Saone-et-Loire. It is run by Sylvie Bataillard and her brothers, Alain and Didier, who together produce a range of wines from various Beaujolais crus which are vinified traditionally in old oak barrels to preserve the floral, spicy, red fruit characters of the grapes.
