Delivery to Mainland UK

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £300 (mainland UK only). There is no minimum order value.

We operate Monday-Friday. Orders received before 11am will be prioritised for next day dispatch*. Orders received after that time may be processed the following day. Orders are shipped via courier (see below for details):

*In the event of stock issues or deliveries that are subject to variables outside our control, we will contact you with more information. 

  • Standard Delivery £12.00 (2-5 working days)
  • Specified Date £15.00 Mon-Fri only (please specify date in the order notes at checkout)
  • Priority Next Day – in some circumstances, we can expedite delivery. Please enquire before placing your order. 
  • Saturday Delivery – please enquire before placing your order

Local Delivery (Gloucestershire)

We offer free delivery for orders over £150.00 in the following postcode areas: GL5, GL6, GL7, GL8, SN16 otherwise delivery is charged at our standard rate of £12.00. Please contact us if you require next day delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Non Mainland UK

While we are pleased to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands; Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles, these areas all incur additional delivery time and charges. Please contact us for further details. Only Standard Delivery services apply.

Europe & International

At this present time, we are unable to ship to mainland Europe or further afield.


Exchange or returns

We want you to love your wine.  If for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your order you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to exchange or return an item/s please first contact us to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do return the item/s. Exchanges and returns can be returned us (customers will have to cover the return delivery fee, or can drop off in person at no cost). Exchanged or returned goods must be in re-sellable condition with labels intact. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose. 

When returning a set of products e.g. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present in a set complete as originally sold. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery and please ensure you retain tracking details of the goods.

Faulty or damaged goods

Accidents sometimes happen! In the unfortunate situation of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Moke Fine Wines will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Please contact us immediately by telephoning 07855 964679 or email and we’ll provide immediate assistance. We may ask for photographic proof in order to quickly resolve any issues.
