Champagne Serveaux is located in Passy sur Marne, surrounded by the slopes in the heart of the Marne Valley where Pinot Meunier thrives due to the limestone and clay soils. The estate was established in 1952 and now the third generation of winemakers, siblings Hugo, Elodie and Nicolas are working their 15 hectares of vineyard, cultivating each plot individually and with the greatest respect for the environment. They specialise in Pinot Meunier, allowing all their wines extended lees ageing, barely allowing malolactic fermentation and using lower dosages which result in complex, high quality wines with distinctive style and character.
