The Monte Zovo range is produced from across 140 hectares of family-owned vineyards to express the principle demonimations of the Verona area – Valpolicella, Garda and Lugana – with their origins in the Valpolicella Classico area near Fumane. Diego Cottini is the principle winemaker, backed in Valpolicella by renowned consultant Riccardo Cotarella. Diego is convinced of the importance of altitude for the production of high quality grapes; all the vineyards are between 450-600 metres above sea level.
