A blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Gris and Marsanne, from coastal vineyards with indigenous rooibos tea plant grow wild. This slightly unusual blend makes perfect sense as the result combines concentrated ripe citrus and peach fruit with a lovely taut minerality and a long, lingering finish. A natural fermentation and ageing for a few month in older 600 French oak barrels, finishes without fining, just a coarse filter produces a wine with a very textured mouthfeel that offers deep satisfaction.
