Château de Fontaine-Audon is the only Château located exclusively on the highly sought after 100% flint terroir – Terres de Silex – which results in a lively, elegant wine full of minerality and poise. The vines take deep roots in the thick layer of rock, and the acidity is preserved through gravity-fed pressing without destemming, before ageing for more than 6 months in stainless steel vats, prior to additional aging in amphora. The result is beautiful aromatic complexity, which leaves a lasting impression!
