Tasmania is the mecca for cool climate winemaking. The grapes are picked from vineyards on both sides of the Tamar Valley. This is a textured and savoury style of Pinot Noir, with a seriously spicy element to the nose and palate offering warm cumin notes as the leading flavour of the wine with earthy hints, mouthcoating tannins and perfectly balanced oak backing up. A really delicious but unusual style of Pinot Noir that will pair fabulously with lightly spiced dishes. The Collection wines demonstrate artisanal winemaking with an uncompromising vision of a premium wine painstakingly sourced from hand-picked regions around Australia; consistently crafted to reflect regional character, varietal definition and the voice of the landscape.
